  1. Here is my FIFTH try at this!!! These may be too easy for you!
Paula Deen's Brie En Croute (I expect the pastry to be cut into a heart or flower!)
    Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, pre-packaged
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    Crackers, for serving
    Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Defrost puff pastry for approximately 15 to 20 minutes and unfold.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Saute the walnuts in the butter until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Add the cinnamon and stir until walnuts are coated well. Place the walnut mixture on top of the Brie and sprinkle the brown sugar over the mixture. Lay the puff pastry out on a flat surface. Place the brie in the center of the pastry. Gather up the edges of the brie, pressing around the brie and gather at the top. Gently squeeze together the excess dough and tie together with a piece of kitchen twine. Brush the beaten egg over top and side of Brie. Place Brie on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes until pastry is golden brown.

    Serve with crackers.

To give a special look, cut extra pastry into heart or flower shapes and bake until golden

    1 green bell pepper, minced

    1 (12 fl oz) can Dr. Pepper®
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup ketchup
1 cup diced tomatoes in juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    Directions
    1.Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Place the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, ranch dressing mix, and 1 tablespoon of the Worcestershire sauce into a mixing bowl along with 3 tablespoons of the minced onion, and 3 tablespoons of the minced bell pepper. Set the remaining onion and bell pepper aside. Form the turkey mixture into 2 inch meatballs, and place into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, stir the remaining onion and bell pepper in a bowl along with the Dr. Pepper®, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Once the meatballs have cooked for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven and pour the sauce overtop. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and return to the oven.
4.Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking 15 minutes more. Remove from the oven and allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.

    Good Luck! ~Amanda
